Our pastry recipes were created exclusively for us by Móni süti. Móni’s name is well known among those devoted to high-quality pastry making and not by chance: Dining Guide ranked her among the top ten countryside pastry shops even before she opened her own location.

Our desserts are not “sample-sized.” They are generous, indulgent and we never hold back on pistachio. In fact, when we felt the pistachio flavor deserved even more presence, we added an extra drizzle on top and serve our slices that way. Thick creams, deep flavors, and a texture calibrated to perfection. This is what turns a dessert from simply good into truly memorable.
