We were the first in Budapest to introduce Signature drinks served in cans - now a recognizable hallmark of Pink Pistachio Brunch, both in-house and across social media. These are not “takeaway drinks” in the conventional sense, but cold, refreshing signature creations based on our own recipes. They were designed specifically to deliver the very same experience whether enjoyed while strolling through the city, sightseeing, or sitting comfortably at a table. Our goal was never to follow a trend but to create one. The feedback from our guests and the content they’ve shared since continue to confirm that decision.

Real ingredients - not only in taste, but in appearance too

At Pink Pistachio Brunch, we work with a lighter roast coffee, developed in collaboration with the One Eleven team. This was a deliberate choice: lighter roasting delivers a cleaner, more refined flavor profile: one that leaves room for pistachio to shine. Instead of overpowering it, the coffee harmonizes with it.

During the joint roasting process, the goal was to fine-tune the relationship between coffee and pistachio so neither would dominate at the other’s expense, yet together they would create a distinctive, balanced experience. This domestic, strategic collaboration means a great deal to us - not only because it represents quality, but because we share the same belief: in the importance of details, proportions, and the idea that coffee can be more than just a drink.

At Pink Pistachio Brunch, our vanilla latte, for example, is made with real Madagascan vanilla. Not flavoring, not extract but genuine vanilla, with visible seeds you can actually see in the drink. For us, this is not an “extra,” but a core principle: what we use must have true flavor, aroma, and character.

The same philosophy applies to our caramel, chocolate, spices, and seasonal flavorings. We make every effort to avoid harmful additives, artificial colorings, and preservatives. That is why our menu includes only items we would gladly enjoy ourselves, any day.
