PINK PISTACHIO – HOUSE RULES

We warmly welcome you to Pink Pistachio! To ensure all our guests enjoy their time here without disturbance, please observe the following rules.

1. Basic Conduct and Entry

The restaurant is private property. The Operator reserves the right to select its clientele.

  • Any activity violating the law, endangering others, or offending public morals is prohibited.
  • Drug and Alcohol Policy: Persons under the influence of drugs or intoxicants may not enter. Staff may refuse service to guests who are visibly intoxicated or disturbing others.
  • Guests must respect the dignity of staff and fellow guests.

2. Ordering and Consumption

  • Ordering: Selection and payment occur at the cashier. Prices are available via our QR-code menu on-site.

For food safety reasons, consuming food or drink purchased elsewhere is prohibited (exceptions may be made for baby formula upon consultation).

3. Payment and Prices

  • Payment: Orders must be settled in advance at the cashier.
  • Prices: Include VAT and a 5% service charge.
  • Tipping: Gratefully accepted and goes entirely to the staff.

Accepted Methods: Cash (HUF), Bank/Credit Card. (We do not accept SZÉP cards.)

4. Data Protection, Cameras, and Media

By entering, the Guest accepts:

  • CCTV: An electronic surveillance system operates for security. Details: Camera Surveillance Policy.

Marketing: Photos/videos for marketing may be taken. By entering, the Guest consents to appearing in crowd shots used for promotion (social media, website) without compensation. If you prefer not to appear, please inform staff upon arrival.

5. Liability

  • Guests bring valuables at their own risk. The Operator is not liable for unattended items.
  • Guests are liable for damages caused to restaurant property intentionally or negligently.

6. Smoking

Smoking and e-cigarettes (IQOS, Elf Bar, etc.) are prohibited inside and on the terrace. Smoking is only allowed in the designated area outside the building.

7. Allergens

Please consult the QR-code menu or staff regarding allergens before ordering.

8. Opening Hours

  • Guests may stay only during opening hours (except for private events).
  • Takeaway: Available with appropriate packaging. Use of own food containers is not permitted for hygiene reasons.
